Notice about Blue Cross 

We are please to have resolved the issue with Aetna last month.  However, we need to inform you that Blue Cross is re-negoatiatin its contract with Memorial Hermann facilities and physicians.  The two entities have have a group contract for over the past 20-years, but the last time the contract renewed, there was a lapse of coverage for about 1-month because the two parties were not able to agree.  The current contract is set to expire on March 31, 2026, and the negotiation is on-going.  We want you to know that this is not within our control, but we will do our best to try to take care of our patients. We encourage you to call Blue Cross to let them know that it matters to you have have your choice in physicians and facilities when it comes deciding about your healthcare.  Here is a link for additional information about the on-going negotiation.  

You may park at ground level or second floor (roof) of the garage.  There is a covered stairway from the garage into the building.  Covered garage parking is reserved for tenants.

Wearing a mask is optional in our office but we encourage you to do so if you have chronic condition(s) that may place you at higher risk of having serious complications from infectious diseaes.  Our staff may take standard medical precautions, including wearing a mask, when indicated.
