Payments

Our office accepts most medical insurance plans.  We focus on medical and surgical eye care and we do not accept vision care plans at this time.   Functional facial plastic procedures may be covered by medical insurance but cosmetic services are not.  Payment is required at time of service.  We accept cash and credit cards (VISA, MaterCard, Discover); personal checks are not accepted.  We may be able to discount professional fees on certain eye exam and surgical services for our self-paying paitents.  Please contact us if you have any questions about your coverage.
